When you book an appointment, your information as your name, phone number and email address are not stored anywhere except in our scheduling system with Acuity. Acuity does not use your email for their own advertising or promotion.

Your contact information is necessary to ensure you can have an appointment, receive our confirmation and reminder emails, get in contact with us, and receive additional info pertaining to your session. 

As soon as you go through the booking system, our intake form will ask you if you have read the GDPR terms in accordance to privacy laws. If you are a first time client, you must read those terms. When you agree, you confirm you have read them as applied,

At payment, you will be redirected to Square, a merchant processing company with their own secure payment system, and their privacy laws apply. We are providing the link to their terms (click Square).

We will never share your personal details with third parties, and we only use our information to make your experience with us as smooth as possible.
