Cancelation Policy

Cancelation and Refund

  • If you have to cancel on the same day,  your payment becomes the cancelation fee set at 100% of the session's price.  No exception even if you wish to reschedule for another day! Since you reserved the time with the service provider, a no-show or last minute cancelation prevents another booking by default. Compensation is required.


  • If you texted or emailed the day before but less than 24 hours of your session time, the cancelation fee is 20% - for example, you emailed the night before around 11pm to cancel a 1pm session for the next day, you would only get back 80%  of your payment  in a partial refund. If you wish to reschedule immediately, and it is the first time you need to cancel your appointment in such a short notice, we would use your payment to credit your next scheduled session. However, if this is not the first time, the 20% fee applies, and you will have to book another session through the scheduler at its full price!


  • If you request a refund for any reason, a minimum fee of 3.5% will apply on your total transaction - our merchant service does charge us the same amount for any refund. 


If you do not agree with the above policy, please do not book our services. If you have questions regarding our cancelation policy, feel free to contact us.

Rescheduling Your Session

You can reschedule your appointment 48 hours before your set time. Look into your inbox of the email you shared in your scheduling form. Check your spam too!


It would state 'appointment confirmation". In the body of the email, an active link is embedded. By clicking on it, you will be redirected to edit your appointment. 


If you encounter any difficulties, it is likely because you are within 48 hours of your session, and a rescheduling fee is in place. Please contact us via email or text so we can help you.


Make sure you have read the cancelation policy as it will apply based on when you provided notice that you can't make it to your appointment.


We try to accommodate as much as possible within our policy but we would ask each client to be responsible for their commitment. Thank you for your understanding.

Extension Policy

Extending your session

When possible, you can  extend your original session for the desired length you need to. This will be considered a separate same-day appointment with a 20% premium included in the basic fee. 


An email confirmation will be sent for you to pay for this extension by using the live link embedded in that email. Payment must be made immediately. 


No extension will be granted if you failed to follow this procedure. We appreciate your promptness in this matter.

Once you click on "Book Now", you need to select the service you want before you can see the schedule. You can see above the grid and under the selected service, TIME ZONE. Change it if it does not reflect your current location as the scheduler covers worldwide time zones. 


If you plan to schedule your session while you travel, make sure you select the time zone of the country you will be staying at on the day you want your session. If not, you may create a scheduling conflict. Double check with your confirmation email that the time zone is accurate. If you realize you made a mistake, use the embedded link in your confirmation email to reschedule your session by selecting the correct time zone. 


Yes. As Skype is being discontinued, we suggest you use Zoom so you can record your session. Please make sure you  send your zoom invite the morning of your session. We suggest Zoom Pro if you do a session of more than 30 minutes. 


Recording your session and the safeguard of the recording are the responsibility of the client. You must be signed into Zoom desktop, or use Zoom app to use the feature.


Note: We do not offer FaceTime as clients tend to walk around with their phone, making the listening experience challenging for the intuitive. The best accuracy is achieved when both client and practitioner are focused on the exchange taking place.


Square is very customer-friendly, and it is our merchant processing company. Square accepts many payments worldwide including foreign debit cards. 


However, it will not accept all of them so you may need to contact us if you try several cards without success.  We can send you a link to our alternate processing company Stripe so you can secure your appointment.


If it is available and you are a regular client, another appointment would be added following your original session, but It will be considered a same-day appointment. The premium of 20% will be included in the fee. You will receive a confirmation email and the payment must be made immediately using the link in the email. 


If you failed to follow this process, no extension will not be allowed in the future.


If you are regular client, you can text us in the morning (Arizona time) to ask if we have any availability. Let us know how long of a session you wish. If we do have times, we will text you back.


You must reply right away "yes" or "no"! Because the appointment will be set manually, a 20% premium will be added to the regular fee (it is not a tip!). 


Your payment can be made through the live link inside of the confirmation email you will receive. If you do not pay upon receipt, we may give away that time to another client.


Note: Video call may not be an option with this last minute scheduling.
