If you book ahead, our regular rates apply. 

If you want a session on the same day or need to extend, or  book outside of our business hours, the rates are 20% higher.


Karmic Astrology requires an exact time of birth - Zoom pro necessary (trial subscription works) to book this service!


Same day requests are for our regular clients. If you are new, please use the scheduler to reserve your session.


Prepayment is required during booking to secure your appointment. All our services are final!


Always keep your confirmation email sent by the scheduler; it has a link for you to use to reschedule or change your appointment. Check your spam folder!

If you need a session outside our normal business hours, email us or leave a message on this site. If we can accommodate, the premium rate will apply.


If you encounter payment issue after trying a couple of credit cards, let us know. We will provide you with an alternate payment option using our other merchant service provider, Stripe.

Payment Policy

Prepayment is required to secure any appointment

You can look at our service options, change time zone, select gift certificates or packages at your leisure before you will see the payment page. Please take the time to read the specific instructions. You will need a credit/debit card to secure your appointment at the end of the booking process.

Credit or debit card payment

  • If you encounter an issue with your payment, try a different card. You can also buy a gift certificate, and use it afterward as your payment. The system should recognize it. If you still can't process your payment, contact us so we can send you a link to our back up processor, STRIPE.


  • During payment, you can add a tip to your total as a token of your appreciation. This token is not mandatory but we always appreciate the gesture!

Same day booking

Regular clients can now book on the same day if there is any availability. However, the opportunity  comes at a premium which is added to the regular price (20%). This premium is for the administration of the booking and payment.


Text us in the morning - Arizona time, and let us know how long you wish as well as as your current location (time zone).  The appointment will be scheduled manually if there is an agreeable time, and your payment will be required before the session is performed. 


Note that Zoom may not be an option for same day sessions.


Missed appointment, no show, refund request, cancelation policy

Read our cancelation policy. Please do not book our services if you do not agree with its terms.


If you miss your session, or you notify us on the day of your session that you won't be available, your payment is non-refundable as it is considered a no-show. 


Keep in mind that the scheduler will block changes or any cancelation the day before the appointment. Please contact us if you have a scheduling problem. Prior to the 48 hour zone, you can use your confirmation email and its link to reschedule, edit or cancel at your convenience. 


A minimum fee of 3.5% is included on any refund transaction fees. This basic fee is what our merchant processor charges us to refund. Depending on how late you provided notice, the total fee can rise from 20% to 100% for no-show. In the latest case, you will not receive any refund.


If you dispute a service you received to get a refund, or you refuse to get charged for a refund, we will reserve the right to deny you any future service... We ask our clientele to be responsible patrons as we are as service providers.

Etiquette

  • Please be on time for our session


Tardiness may lead to shorter sessions without any price discount. Extending a session is a paid option only available if the schedule allows it. However, if the practitioner is late, you will receive the full time and likely extra time for the inconvenience.


  • Video session must have a back-up option if tech problems arise. 


We can't extend, reschedule or refund a session for tech reason. Please prepare accordingly. Back-up should be a regular phone (land-line), another communication device (tablet, computer), another mobile or phone app, or another video provider. We are prepared to do the same.


  • Calling for the phone number you shared in your form


For phone sessions, our system filters the caller ID, and if you are calling from a different phone number that the one you shared on your intake form, you won't go through, instead you will get our voicemail. Double check that you did have the right number (we texted you from the number you are supposed to call). If you changed or called from a new number, please text us that number right away so we can update your file.  


  • Interruption during a session can affect the appointment time allocated.


It is the client's responsibility to avoid distractions that could interrupt the flow of the session. 


  • No session and driving!


We will not provide service knowing you are driving for safety reasons; please pull over, park your car before your appointment. 


  • Recording recommended


Clients should record their sessions for future reference, review, and validation (use your own digital system). We recommend Zoom pro but we won't FaceTime as clients are too distracting when using this modality. 


  • No toxic behavior


We only work in a respectful manner, with understanding and empathy. Clients should be open to listening to the information without biases or preconceived ideas. Abusive or dismissive reaction toward the practitioner's insights isn't acceptable, and it will lead to end the session without refund.  A permanent ban to access future services may follow.
