Terms of Service
Cancelation and Rescheduling Fees
An appointment is successfully entered into our calendar upon payment, clients receive a confirmation email shortly after.
This email contains an active link allowing clients to change, reschedule, or cancel their session if it is permitted by the scheduler. Our booking system denies access to any change a day before the appointment.
Therefore, clients must email or text their request.
- If the email or text request is less than 24 hours but received the day before the appointment, the rescheduling or cancelation fee is set at 20% of the original session fee.
- If the request is received on the day of the appointment or you are a no-show at the time of your session, the rescheduling or cancellation fee is 100% of the original session fee.
It means that you will have to pay again in full to book another session. No refund will be issued on the original payment for any reason.
If a refund is requested with proper notice, a fee of 3.5% will be withheld from the return transaction in the same percentage our merchant credit card service does to us. Thank you for your understanding.
If you do not abide with those terms, we will refuse our services permanently. Contact us if you have any questions.
