When you book a session, you agree to our terms of service when it comes to cancelation, no-show, and rescheduling fees if less than a 24 hour-notice is given.

Fees and terms of service can changed without noticed. However, if you prepaid for a session before a price increase, we will honor the previous fee service. If you have any question, please contact us. We are here to help!

Requests must be received via text in the morning. The more flexible you are, the higher your chance is to get into our schedule.
If we do have a time available, you must pay immediately upon receiving the email confirmation using the link inside. You must add the 20% convenience fee on the regular price of the session. It is mandatory if you want to confirm your session.
Same-day appointments must include a 20% convenience fee at payment - no exception.
If you miss your session, your payment is non-refundable as it is considered a no-show. Read our terms of service before booking our services.
Always keep the confirmation email you receive as it is your link to reschedule, cancel or pay for your session.
After an appointment is successfully entered into our calendar, clients receive a confirmation email.
This email contains an active link allowing clients to pay, change, reschedule, or cancel their session, up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time (excessive changes may block future booking).
However, our booking system denies access to any change a day before the appointment, except for payment. Therefore, clients must email or text their request.

Booking her services implies that you have read and accepted all our terms of service. There is no refund or partial refund on any or all services rendered.
Tardiness may lead to shorter sessions without any price discount. Extending a session is a paid option only available if the schedule allows it.
We can't extend or refund a session for tech reason. Please prepare accordingly. Back-up should be a regular phone (land-line), another communication device (tablet, computer), another mobile or phone app.
It is the client's responsibility to avoid distractions that could interrupt the flow of the session.
We will not provide service knowing you are driving for safety reasons; please pull over, park your car before your appointment.
Clients should record their sessions for future reference, review, and validation (use your own phone or digital system).
We only work in a respectful manner, with understanding and empathy. Clients should be open to listening to the information without biases or preconceived ideas. Abusive or dismissive reaction toward the practitioner's insights isn't acceptable.
If you have to cancel on the same day, your rescheduling or cancelation fee is 100% of the session's price.
If you texted or emailed the day before but less than 24 hours of your session time, it would only be 20%.
If you had already paid, you would get 80% in partial refund or credit for another session, whichever you prefer.

When you book your appointment, you will select your time zone for your area in Australia. The scheduler will show you the days and times available after you selected the appointment option you desire.
Fill in the questionnaire and select SKYPE video or audio with your SKYPE I.D. (just make sure your internet speed is fast). I will reach out through Skype to connect so we will be set for our appointment when the time comes.
Make sure you pre-pay your session when setting up the appointment since you are located abroad. If not, your appointment will be automatically canceled.
At the time of our session, I will call you on SKYPE and we will start our session as if you were here with me :-)
When your appointment is successfully entered into the system, you will receive a confirmation email. Open the email and you will see an active link. Click on it, you will have the option to pay for your appointment, select that option to be redirected to Square processing.
Square is very customer-friendly, and it is my merchant processing company. Square accepts many payments worldwide including foreign debit cards. Their page is fully secured, and you can enter your information on their system. It is easy, and your appointment will show as "PAID" in my scheduler.
Yes, you would just provide me with your credit card information as I input them into my system.
Once it is successfully processed, Square will send you an email; if you wish to receive a receipt via text as well I will do that on the spot! So have your credit card handy when you call.
If you are a regular client, you need to text us in the morning to see if we have any availability. If we do, you must reply right away "yes" or "no". The more flexible you are, the higher your chance is.
If you are able to fit into our schedule of the day, a confirmation email will be sent for you for immediate payment. You will have to add a 20% convenience fee to the regular rate to complete the booking.
